The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance needs of property rentals and helping at our other businesses as needed.
As a Maintenance Technician, you execute a wide range of routine and preventative tasks involving essential property maintenance such as interior and exterior painting, replacing lightbulbs, checking emergency lighting, and replacing filters.
You also quickly respond to resident requests to repair entry gates/doors, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
You will also inspect the assigned area daily and perform maintenance where necessary to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition.
Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures Repair various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
Report any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate and other duties and task as assigned by manager This position can be full-time or part-time, and hours can be negotiated/flexible.
The typical schedule is 8:
30 am-5:
30 pm, Monday-Friday.
We also have a rotating on-call schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays.
