Job Purpose or Objective(s):
Protect all property of Choctaw Casinos and ensure procedures are followed as applicable.
You will report to the Security Manager, Security Senior Sergeant, Security Sergeant or Security Corporal.
Primary Tasks:
Access and retrieve computerized data.
Investigate unusual or suspicious situations.
Help with emergency situations.
Maintain security and procedures according to rules.
Patrol internal and external company property Have knowledge of company regulations and procedures.
Maintain logbook of all activity occurring daily.
Operate firefighting equipment and short-wave radio and administer CPR and first aid.
Write incident reports regarding all security issues, accidents, theft, or vandalism and submit to the Security Supervisor.
Refer dangerous situations or complex problems to supervisor.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required At least of 21 years of age.
Must be medically fit and able to perform all the essential functions of a Security Officer and pass a physical fitness test.
Must have a valid state driver's license.
Must have basic knowledge of computers to allow report writing, composition or correspondence, Internet, and email.
You will reason and react calmly and quickly in emergency and life-threatening situations.
You will qualify yearly with department firearms.
